Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped if you are ordering locally or domestically using standard shipping.  Once the customer has purchased an item you will be sent an email regarding your order. (Please check your spam mail) The customer will also be provided with an email once a shipping label has been created and the item has been handed over to our shipping carrier.

Please understand that once your item is handed over to the shipping carrier we are no longer liable for any lost or stolen merchandise.

We currently offer First-Class and Priority-Shipping shipping through USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders for delivery through local post can take up to 12 business days after processing and are dispatched internationally in less than two weeks. You will receive a confirmation email with USPS tracking information once your orders have shipped.

ONCE THEY ARE LEFT IN THE CARE OF OUR SHIPPING CARRIER, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PACKAGES. The customer and the shipping carrier, USPS/UPS/DHL now share this responsibility. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL USPS CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDER IF YOU HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS OR PROBLEMS WITH THE DELIVERY OF YOUR PACKAGE. It is the responsibility of the customer to be present at the delivery location on the scheduled delivery date.

When placing an order, kindly double-check that your shipping address is accurate and, if necessary, includes the correct apartment number. For any lost or stolen packages, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER ITEMS STUCK IN TRANSIT, SO YOU MUST DEAL WITH THE SPECIFIC SHIPPER.

You are financially responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with your order if it is returned to our facility by the shipping service for any reason.
